Translation and Localization
Our clients may provide market research materials—screeners, discussion guides, surveys, stimuli—in local languages, but translations by agencies often lack field-appropriate terminology. Fifty percent of our qualitative projects require transcription. We perform word-by-word or summary transcription, resulting in a clear, meaningful document with all relevant information. With our customized AI research assistant, this process is now three times faster.
We provide two types of transcription services.
Transcription without translation (English-English, or Spanish-Spanish): We excel at transcribing challenging, low-quality audios, including those with articulation issues and background noise. If it’s humanly possible, we’ll get the answer for you.
Transcription with translation (i.e. Portuguese-English): For several languages, we speed up the process by transcribing and translating audio directly into English in one step, unlike most agencies. This method is quicker, cost-effective, and delivers high-quality materials; that serve as the basis for analysis and insights.
If you need simultaneous interpretation during interviews or focus groups, we can arrange it. Our trusted partners provide experienced interpreters. After the session, we will send you audio recordings in both English and the local language on separate tracks.
